The newly formed Minnesota Employer Coalition will be hosting the inaugural educational forum covering information on 3 areas of challenge and interest for today’s employers.  

This event will kick off with an overview of the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) and leave as an accommodation.  We will cover the ADA process and best practices.   Then hear how one employer implemented an innovative return to work program working in step with ADA requirements.  Then hear from a local chronic pain expert on strategies for working with chronic pain and accommodations to consider.
